LED screen manufacturer Lighthouse Technologies has launched the flexible X3 screen for large-scale indoor LED video display.
It has a 3.9mm pixel pitch and is its highest resolution LED screen to date for the indoor rental and staging market.
Developed in conjunction with XL Video AV rental and staging business, X3 combines Lighthouse’s processing and mechanical design developed by XL Video, resulting in a flexible joint structure that allows the screen to be shaped in different ways to become concave or convex both horizontally and vertically, so you can wrap it, bend it and twist it.
The use of 3 in 1 Surface Mounted Device (SMD) LEDs allows X3 to deliver 140° horizontal and vertical viewing angles.
Its 16-bit processing and Lighthouse’s M4 colour processing technology are designed to deliver true colours with an ultra-high contrast ratio and 2,000 nits of brightness, which all ensure optimum image quality in most indoor situations.
At less than 10kg per panel, and with a panel size of 500 x 500mm, the X3 is lightweight and easy to transport.
X3 is compatible with Lighthouse’s latest generation of LCM processor, which is designed to simplify and enhance user control via easy connectivity, high resolution support and powerful all-in-one adjustment tools.
